flowers and fruits




In order for plants to have fruits, the plants must be able to produce flowers. for examplet he lemon plant and the papaya tree.

Look at the coconut ... can you see the shoot is coming out from the fruit? Plant do not just grow from seed only. Coconut plants grow from the fruits.









Where do we get rubber from?






Rubber is produced and processed from the latex of rubber trees.



Can you see the latex flowing from the trunk of the tree?



It is then collected in such black container.

What is a fable?




Fable is a story that ends with a moral or teaching that all of us can learnt from. For instance, the Hare and the Tortoise; the moral of the story are do not judge the book by its cover and do not be over- confident of your doings.

In our imaginary bus ...


We did this while goin through the tips for writing Written Composition.

Fungi





Mushrooms are examples or fungi. Fungi is a category under the big group: Living Things. They do not make their own food. they feed on others.

Observation on the growth of our plants





Look I can leaves protuding out of the seeds! Why? Because they ahve received water and air. Now that they have leaves, they are able to make their own food by absorbing sunlight. The initial stage of growth, the plants do not receive food as we do not feed them with fertilisers.
